How long do lash extensions last?
A full set typically lasts 3-4 weeks before needing a refill. Natural lashes shed every 60-90 days, so extensions fall off as your own lashes cycle. We recommend booking a refill every 2-3 weeks to keep your set looking full.
Does the application hurt?
Not at all. The procedure is completely painless — most clients fall asleep during the 2-hour session. Your eyes stay closed, and we use medical-grade adhesive that does not touch your skin or natural lashes.
How much does a full set cost at Unique Eyelash?
All 10 of our lash designs are priced at one flat rate of RM128 — there is no upcharge for volume, density, or curl type. Refills cost RM50-80 depending on lash count, and removal is RM15.
What happens at my first appointment?
On your first visit, we discuss your eye shape and lifestyle to recommend a suitable design. The application takes around 2 hours. You lie back with eyes closed while we hand-apply each extension to your natural lashes one by one.
How do I prepare before my appointment?
Come with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream. Avoid caffeine 2 hours before to reduce eye twitching. Remove contact lenses if you can, or bring your case along.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes — but avoid oil-based products. Use water-based or oil-free eye makeup removers. Mascara is not recommended as it shortens lash lifespan, but you generally won't need it anyway since extensions already give a full lash look.
Where is your salon located?
We are at Lot L3-28, Amcorp Mall, Jalan Persiaran Barat, 46200 Petaling Jaya. Easy access via LRT Taman Jaya station — about 5 minutes' walk. Parking available at Amcorp Mall.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No — we are by appointment only. Each session takes around 2 hours and we want to give every client our full attention. Please book via WhatsApp at least a day in advance.
What if some lashes fall out within a few days?
Within 2-3 days, if you experience over 50% abnormal fallout (and it was not caused by improper aftercare), we offer a free minor touch-up by appointment. Within 4-10 days, normal shedding applies and refill rates of RM50-80 are charged.
Is it safe? Will it damage my natural lashes?
Lash extensions are completely safe when applied by a trained technician. We use medical-grade, low-irritation adhesive and apply each extension to a single natural lash without weighing it down. No pulling, no damage — your natural lashes stay healthy.
How do I remove the extensions?
Never pull them out yourself — this will damage your natural lashes. Book a removal session with us (RM15) and we use a specialised gel remover to safely dissolve the adhesive. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.
Which lash design is best for me?
It depends on your eye shape and the look you want. Round eyes suit fox style for elongation. Almond eyes work with most designs. For a natural everyday look, try Qing Thai or Baby Curl. For dramatic events, go with Pengsong Manhua. Not sure? WhatsApp us a photo and we'll suggest the best fit.
