Common questions
How do I book an appointment?
WhatsApp us at 011-5692 0159. Tell us your preferred date, time, and lash design — we'll confirm availability and send you the studio location pin. Walk-ins are not accepted.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 1-2 days ahead is ideal. Weekends fill up faster — book 3-5 days in advance for Saturday or Sunday slots. For first-trial RM128 appointments, mention it when booking.
Where exactly is your studio in Amcorp Mall?
We are at Lot L3-28, on Level 3 of Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya. Take the escalator to L3 — our studio signage is visible from the main walkway. Full address: Lot L3-28, Amcorp Mall, Jalan Persiaran Barat, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Is parking available?
Yes — Amcorp Mall has both basement and rooftop parking with hourly rates. There is also street parking nearby on Jalan Persiaran Barat. We recommend the mall parking for convenience.
How do I get there by public transport?
The nearest LRT station is Taman Jaya (Kelana Jaya line). From the station, follow the covered pedestrian bridge to Amcorp Mall — about 5 minutes' walk. Several bus routes also stop near Amcorp Mall along Jalan Persiaran Barat.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes — please WhatsApp us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations affect our small team since each session is around 2 hours. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
Do you take same-day appointments?
Sometimes — if there is an opening. WhatsApp us in the morning and we'll let you know. We don't recommend showing up without confirmation since the studio is by appointment only.
What if I am running late?
Please WhatsApp us as soon as possible. We can accommodate a 10-15 minute delay, but later than that may require rescheduling — each session takes around 2 hours and we don't want to rush your set or affect the next client.
